HOME PREPARATION:

On Performance Days (Nov 8th & 9th) please come with:

  • Neatly combed hair (short hair) Buns (long hair)
  • No jewellery or hair accessories
  • COSTUMES MUST BE KEPT AT SCHOOL UNTIL FINAL PERFORMANCE
    Students can wear their costumes home on Friday after the final performance to keep!
  • This year we will be supplying foundation – if your child has sensitive skin please pack a suitable product and we can apply it for them before the shows

MORE INFO:

  • Main cast areas for dress/hair/makeup/offstage waiting time are the Salon and Green Room (Supervisors: Vyomi Bertus, Brian Milburn and Susan Piper)
  • Class cast areas for dress/hair/makeup/offstage waiting time are homerooms
    (Supervisors: homeroom teachers and assistant teachers)
  • There are no ASAs on Thursday or Friday!

SHOWTIME:

  • Doors open 30 minutes before each show, please make use of hospitality and facilities and be seated 5 minutes before showtime. Please check your tickets carefully as seats are numbered. Please turn your phones OFF!
  • Refreshments have been arranged and are available for purchase within the auditorium foyer as doors open. They include The Little Mermaid cupcakes and cookies (thanks to Ice and Easy) and an assortment of savoury snacks with tea, coffee and fresh juices.
  • Please no flashlight photography – there will be professional videographers capturing the entire production and DVD’s will be on sale (ordering forms coming soon)!
